• All employee classifications (i.e. UCSF Health / Clinical, Research, Admin / Other) are based on work setting, rather than specific job function.
• The charts above do not include data for employees of UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital Oakland, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, or San Francisco VA Medical Center. However, the charts above do include UCSF employees and students who rotate or work part-time at these affiliated sites if they obtained their COVID-19 testing through UCSF Occupational Health Service or Student Health Service.
• On "Positive Case Details," the Date Reported is referring to the date that UCSF Occupational Health or Student Health became aware of the case.
